そんなときは、「お酢」メニューから考えてみてね。お酢に含まれる酸は疲労回復に効果があるといわれています。でも酸っぱいのが苦手な方でも食べやすい、デパ地下風のサラダをご紹介します。😊💕ポイントは塩ではなく、お砂糖で水分を出す!
1野菜(きゅうり、玉ねぎ、にんじん、セロリなど)を薄切りにします。(私はスライサーでどんどんボウルに入れていきます)
2野菜に大さじ1くらいの砂糖をふりかけて、軽く混ぜ10分程度放置
3しんなりしたら、小さじ1/4くらいの塩とコショウ少々、リンゴ酢大さじ2くらいを追加。オリーブオイルを大さじ1~2,レモン汁があれば少々
4薄切りハムを適量加えて冷蔵庫でよく冷やす
玉ねぎの辛味が苦手な方は、水にさらすか、量をへらす、または玉ねぎだけ耐熱容器に入れて軽くレンジでチンしても美味しいです

1. Thinly slice the vegetables (cucumber, onion, carrot, celery, etc.) (I use a slicer and put them in a bowl one after the other).
2. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of sugar over the vegetables, mix lightly and leave for about 10 minutes.
3. Once the vegetables have softened, add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt , a little pepper , and about 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar . Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little lemon juice if you have it.
4. Add an appropriate amount of thinly sliced ham and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
If you don’t like the spiciness of onions, you can soak them in water, reduce the amount, or put just the onions in a heat-resistant container and microwave lightly.
